Shipping Information:

When APS Tactical receives your order it immediately takes priority over all orders placed after it. If the order can be filled immediately, it will be. If there is merchandise on backorder you will be notified. If your order does end up on backorder we will place all in stock items aside for you and fill your order as items come in, these items will not be removed from your box, which is our commitment to expediting backorders.

Sales Tax

Maine residents must pay 5.5% sales tax on all orders.

International Orders:

APS Tactical will ship internationally. Shipping will be based on the country sent to, insurance and a handling fee. The amount charged for shipping on international orders is based on the following: The price forecasted by the USPS website for the weight and location, then we add handling and insurance fees automatically. This process adequately covers our post office fee, order-processing fee, and our insurance charges added at the time we drop them off at the post office. This process is applied to all types of International shipping.


Any additional fees or taxes charged by the customer's destination country will be the responsibility of the customer and NOT be reflected in the shipping charged by APS Tactical.

Attention international customers:

All packages shipped internationally will be claimed at full value, and invoices will be enclosed for customs inspectors.


You must select USPS for shipping when you checkout.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please contact APS Tactical by email if you would like to send back an item. If you find that the item you purchased is not as described in the website, please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt so we can determine how best to move forward.

No returns will be accepted unless significantly different than described or manufacture defective.

All items returned must be unused, and still in their original wrapping.

Refunds will be granted to customers upon receipt and inspection of the goods by the APS staff.

APS does not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Clothing is NOT returnable!


Backorders older than 90 days will be canceled if we are unable to reach the customer.
